oriented company, and as such have carefully developed the following content
guidelines to promote the free-flowing exchange of ideas about your interests, activities
and hobbies, while maintaining standards consistent with the Internet community and the
societies of the world. We reserve our rights to maintain control over the content
that is uploaded, and stored on our servers and equipment.

any kind, including discrimination based on sex, age, gender, sexual orientation,
ethnicity, culture, religion or socio-economic status.

Please refrain from using your personal web site for the
following activities

This includes, but is not limited to, the following activities:

This includes, but is not limited to, the following activities:

Developing home pages or session posts that consist of hyperlinks to content not allowed
in USOL.com under this policy, and the Terms of service policies.

Posting or disclosing any personal identifying information belonging to children [Kids:

or other personal identifying information on your Personal Home Page or give it to

Violating Internet standards for the purpose of promoting your home page.

Displaying banners for services that provide cash or cash-equivalent prizes to users in
exchange for hyperlinks to their website.

Promoting, soliciting or participating in multilevel marketing or pyramid schemes
Violation Policy
USOL.com does not actively monitor the content of Personal Home Pages, Forum posts
or Chat posts, but we will investigate complaints of violation of these guidelines.
We reserve the right to suspend or remove any page from the
system which is brought to our attention and which we find, in our sole discretion,
violates any of these page content guidelines or otherwise is in violation of the law.
Members who are in violation of the USOL.com Content Guidelines or Terms of Service may
have their membership revoked, services cancelled and their page(s), or portions of their
page(s), suspended or removed without warning, in which event USOL.com will not return the
removed pages or website to the offending member.
USOL.com is not responsible or liable for any loss of data resulting from our deletion
of Personal Home Pages, network or system outages, file corruption or any other reasons.
We urge all members to maintain backup versions of their home pages to guard against
losses of any kind.
