    USOL.com would  like to present ourselves as a family oriented company, and as such  have carefully developed the following content guidelines to promote the free-flowing exchange of ideas about your interests, activities and hobbies, while maintaining standards consistent with the Internet community and the societies of the world. We reserve our  rights to maintain control over the content that is uploaded, and stored on our servers and equipment.

    We at USOL.com do not believe in discrimination of any kind, including discrimination based on sex, age, gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity, culture, religion or socio-economic status.

Please refrain from using your personal web site for the following activities

1. Displaying material containing nudity  or pornographic material of any kind.

2. Providing material that is grossly offensive to the online community, including blatant expressions of bigotry, prejudice, racism, hatred or excessive profanity.

3. Displaying material that exploits children under 18 years of age.

4. Promoting or providing instructional information about illegal activities, promoting physical harm or injury against any group or individual, or promoting any act of cruelty to animals.

This includes, but is not limited to, the following activities:

• Providing instructions on how to assemble bombs, grenades and other weapons.

• Disseminating personal information about another individual for malevolent  purposes.

• Creating "Crush" sites.

• Providing computer software viruses or software designed to create a virus.

• Providing satellite TV cracks.

• Providing programs to "nuke" or create a denial of service attack against another individual or an ISP.

• Facilitating the delivery of "spam" e-mail.

• Soliciting passwords from other USOL.com  members.

5. Committing acts of copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret or other intellectual property infringement.

This includes, but is not limited to, the following activities:

• Providing pirated computer programs or links to such programs (this also includes files which are solely intended for game emulation).

• Providing information used to circumvent manufacturer-installed copy-protect devices, including serial or registration numbers for software programs.

• Providing any type of cracker utility.

• Providing pirated music or links to such files. 

6. Developing restricted or password-only access pages, or hidden pages or images (those not linked to from another accessible page).

7. Defaming  any person or group.

8. Using your home page (or directory) as storage for remote loading or as a door or "signpost" to another home page, whether inside or beyond USOL.com.

9. Developing home pages or session posts that consist of hyperlinks to content not allowed in USOL.com under this policy, and the Terms of service policies. 

10. Posting or disclosing any personal identifying information belonging to children [Kids: For your safety, please do not put your real name, address, phone number, e-mail address or other personal identifying information on your Personal Home Page or give it to strangers].

11. Violating Internet standards for the purpose of promoting your home page.

12. Displaying banners for services that provide cash or cash-equivalent prizes to users in exchange for hyperlinks to their website.

13. Promoting, soliciting or participating in multilevel marketing or pyramid schemes

Violation Policy

USOL.com does not actively monitor the content of Personal Home Pages, Forum posts or Chat posts, but we will investigate complaints of violation of these guidelines.

We reserve the right to suspend or remove any page from the system which is brought to our attention and which we find, in our sole discretion, violates any of these page content guidelines or otherwise is in violation of the law.

Members who are in violation of the USOL.com Content Guidelines or Terms of Service may have their membership revoked, services cancelled and their page(s), or portions of their page(s), suspended or removed without warning, in which event USOL.com will not return the removed pages or website to the offending member.

USOL.com is not responsible or liable for any loss of data resulting from our deletion of Personal Home Pages, network or system outages, file corruption or any other reasons. We urge all members to maintain backup versions of their home pages to guard against losses of any kind.
