Technical Support Representatives
Job Requirements:

Operating System/Application Troubleshooting:

  • Windows 95, 98, NT, ME, 2000, XP
  • Mac OS 8, 9, X
  • Web, E-mail, FTP, and News software

Internet and Connectivity Troubleshooting:

  • DNS, FTP, Web Hosting
  • E-Mail and Newsgroups
  • Routing, Filtering, NAT
  • Frame Relay, PPP
  • 56K, DSL, T-1, T-3

Customer Communication Skills:

  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients
Accounts Receivable/Collections
Job Duties:
Maintain and collect accounts receivable, maintain notes and documentation relating to collection calls, resolve billing disputes, send monthly statements, recommend accounts for service termination, send demand letters, prepare and place accounts with outside collection agency.
 
Job Requirements:
Must be a self-motivated, detail oriented individual, 2+ years related work experience preferably in web hosting/outsourcing or Internet hardware/software, Excellent communication skills, PC proficiency a must.
Sales
Job Duties:
B2B existing and new client development. Responsible for prospecting, identifying, presenting, and selling dedicated Internet Services, Web Hosting, DSL products and services. You will be responsible for achieving and exceeding sales quota, building relationships and developing key contacts using your consultative sales approach and application selling skills. You will also provide sales forecasting and reporting and perform account management duties.
 
Job Requirements:
  Must be a self-motivated, detail oriented individual, 2+ years successful sales experience preferably in web hosting/outsourcing or Internet hardware/software, Excellent communication skills, PC proficiency a must.
